Generally a good experience. Huge queues on the telephone for appointments. Surgery does it’s best in a busy, crowded North LONDON space.
I would suggest they could improve efficiency further by use of email.
I like the text reminders & prompts - that works well. Further digitalisation, in my view, is essential if efficiency is not to suffer as demand seems to be significant & growing.
