"Minor Injuries Unit"

About: St Austell Community Hospital

Further to my first review which was rejected because I used the names of the staff to show my appreciation, I find it astounding that these members of staff cannot be recognised as performing their duties in an outstanding manner. The CEO of the hospital In which I volunteer is delighted to name his staff on social media to mention their care and dedication. I will now resubmit my review and exclude the names of the people who looked after me so well.

Minor Injuries Unit

So very grateful to the ladies of the MIU this morning. Being a visitor to your lovely town I became concerned about my health following an injury received last week at home in Suffolk. The two people involved were extremely helpful and professional during my early morning visit. I felt reassured with the assessment and advice I was given and would like to thank your staff for their friendly manner which put me at ease. I am a volunteer at my local hospital and hold our patients in very high regard, it is good to see this practice permeate throughout the NHS. Many thanks. 01.10.19

We are sorry the staff members names have been excluded from your feedback.

The website automatically stops names being displayed.

However, if you would like to email our generic patient experience account at cft.patientexperience@nhs.net then we would love to hear the staff names and would always pass them onto the staff and their managers.
