"Awful to get an appointment"

About: Fusehill Medical Practice

My daughter rang 156 times one morning to get an appointment for my 4 year old grandson. When she eventually got through she was told that she was too late and all of the appointments had gone and to try again tomorrow. This is a common occurrence at this surgery. The doctors are brilliant but getting to actually see them is something else.
