My son was ill so I rang the surgery in the morning. We had a phone call back from a lovely lady GP who took all the details and asked us to go in and see the nurse practitioner. The ANP did a thorough examination and gave medication. Within a few hours we got the treatment he needed.

Thank you for your comments regarding your experience of our Urgent Care Centre. Patients needing to be seen on the same day are triaged by a GP who will assess the need and determine the most appropriate action.
