From the minute my 16 year old grand-daughter came into BECS, A&E and finally Ward 7, on Saturday, all the staff were absolutely fantastic (domestics, nursing staff and doctors). They were so thoughtful, and caring and nothing was too much trouble. People are so vulnerable when admitted to hospital and it would be easy for staff to forget this when they are so constantly busy however no one ever did and the care my grand-daughter received was absolutely wonderful which we all greatly appreciated. Everyone was so attentive but I want to give those people who directly looked after my grand-daughter a special mention - Gavin in A&E, Rebekah, Lindsey, and Charlie in Ward 7 and Mr. Carr, ENT Surgeon and not to forget Kevin in Ward 7 with his very welcome offer of coffee. Thank you all, you really do an amazing job - well done!
