"Fab care and lovely doctors"

I have been registered with crown heights since I moved to Basingstoke in 2016, and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I can always get through on the phone and get a doctor call back within a couple of hours with very helpful advice, or offering me an appointment that day - what amazing time!. I recently had a coil removed and an implant fitted with the doctor and he was very kind and reassured me as I was quite nervous. I've also been referred to the surgical team by a lovely female doctor I saw today, and she explained everything and was very kind. Receptionists are always very kind and caring. I work in the NHS in sexual health and I am proud to work in the NHS, this doctors surgery is fab. Thank you very much!
