"Care for our baby girl over 3 days"

This was the 2nd occasion we’ve been in hospital recently however this occasion was much worse having to call the ambulance . From arriving in a&e we were swiftly moved to resus . From he moment we arrived we were looked after by everyone . The doctors and nurses worked tirelessly to help our baby girl one doctor never left her side the whole time we were there . They kept us informed the whole time and I never felt like I needed to question the treatment she was receiving I always felt the care they were giving her was the best they could do . We were very upset and scared and the staff were lovely trying to put our mind at ease bringing us drinks and just generally been kind . We then got transferred to hdu again the care was exceptional . They looked after our daughter just as well and all thru the night until the medication started to take effect they monitored outside the room and continually came in to check on her . We then got moved to the ward and they kindly gave us a room on our own as our baby girl was really distressed and upset . It gave us chance to get a little rest and enabled her to have test too . We can’t thank them all enough for the care we received . We are so grateful for you looking after our baby girl at such a scary time .
