"Self-referral physiotherapy"

After struggling with aches and pains when running I contacted the physiotherapy self-referral service to seek further help. I was triaged the following day and an appointment made that best suited my working hours. On the day of the appointment itself I was seen on time by a friendly member of staff and student, who listened to my concerns and asked thorough questions before identifying the problem. They explained the management and next steps clearly. Great experience, would definitely use again.
