Good doctors when you can get an appt. Which you never can. Every morning you ring up, and 4 out of 5 times they’ll only be taking urgent appts that day. Absolutely useless. Luckily I’m a stay at home mum at the minute so can afford to wait a few days until eventually I get to speak to a doctor, but god forbid that you work full time and only have occasional days when you can see a doctor. Good luck with that. I’ll be moving to another practice if they can’t sort it out unfortunately

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We currently have a same day access system and we do our best to manage this every day although at certain times it can be very busy and we only have a limited number of appointments. When these are booked we may have to ask patients to ring back. We have been reviewing this issue and are looking to implement a new model in the next few months which will offer our patients better choice about booking appointments and also how to contact us. We will make more information available about these changes once available. Many thanks.
