Just wanted to say a rather Big Thank You to all the staff yesterday who carried on with my appointment. I miss read my appointment letter and went to Stoke for my MRI appt.

However I am always early and when I explained to the receptionist I was unable to book in on the main desk. She explained it was because I was booked at Stafford and not Stoke.

After a very quick Sunday morning dash to Stafford Hospital, thinking the worse that I would have to rebook and wait. They welcomed me in and made no fuss about me being 10 minutes late for my appointment at all. The Staff treated me with dignity and compassion. For which I am very Grateful. It's easy to moan and it takes time to say Thank You. So thank you again..

Ps... I was less respectful to myself when I realised I'd attended the wrong Hospital I can assure you...

Don't be too hard on yourself about attending the wrong hospital - this is an easy mistake to make! It is great to hear that this didn't cause any delay to your investigation and that the staff were so understanding.
