"Satisfied with Urgent Care"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Had to visit the urgent care department due to feeling poorly, then again in bad pain and both times was satisfied with care I was given, in particular one outstanding nurse who, when she saw I was struggling with the crowded environment in the waiting room offered to let me wait in a smaller room instead.

Cleanliness was okay, but toilets could have been in slightly better condition.
