Attended the physiotherapy classes at Saltcoates Group Practice for my clicky knee and the classes are absolutely wonderful.  The lady, Nicola, who runs the sessions is brilliant.  It is a very busy class but she still takes the time to give everyone a one-to-one chat and check-up.  It's absolutely inclusive, she has lovely people skills and keeps the classes enjoyable.  You can tell she enjoys what she does and I really can't speak highly enough about her.  At the end of the class she leads for 10 minutes in a Tai Chi class which is wonderful.

It is so easy complain but we rarely praise and I think it is important to tell people about the good service I received.  Thank you Nicky and Saltcoates.
