I was invited into Treliske Hospital, Cornwall via a phone call on Wednesday for a 'small procedure' on the following Saturday. There being a cancellation. Staying up to 3 days.
On arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who explained what would be happening and expected outcomes. My questions were answered putting my concerns at rest
On time I was operated on and was then taken to a small ward to recover.
If my only 'complaint' was that of experiencing first hand how 'overworked' and 'under pressure' all the staff were, then I have no complaints at all (except perhaps they canna make porridge?) Yet they were always friendly and caring to us all. Very special people all of them. They were all so professional and very caring.
Due to everyones hard work and attention to my health I was discharged, in very good order after only one night. Funny how I miss them
