"Visit to the Endocrine Dept."

(as the patient),

Thank you to  the staff who made my visit to this dept. yesterday so pleasant. I was not looking forward to this appt despite normally taking appts in my stride. The receptionist who booked me in was very welcoming and smiley, my nurse was kind and very nice to me. My doctor was just the best I have encountered for a long time. He was kind, gentle and patient and so informative and more than willing to answer anything I wanted to ask. He also had good news for  me!

Thank you all, you made me happy and your dept.

Was immaculate too.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us, and please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you on here. I was pleased to see that although you weren't looking forward to your appointment, you received good news from the doctor who was kind, patient and willing to answer your questions. I am glad to read that the receptionist greeted you with a smile and the nurse was kind to you also.
