(as the patient),

My usual doctor has not been in the practice for the last few months but another doctor stepped up and she is my go to person while my doctor is away and I must say that I like her. Doesn't mess around, very easy to talk too and lbgt friendly.

My only disappointment is with repeat prescriptions and that could be handled better. 

When I have bloods done you're in and out in a flash. My doctor is very much missed and when I bump into people who I know if they ask me, I have said to them if you need to see a Dr, just call the surgery and reception staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I am glad you are happy with the care you received when you attending for your appointment. I am sorry to hear about your disappointment with our repeat prescription please can you speak to our reception manager so we can find out in detail what your concerns are and try to resolve this.
