My partner and I have been patients at this practice for over 16 years.
I have seen the practice develop and expand. I visited the practice on the 25 Th. September 2019. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the reception staff. The whole environment is both welcoming and respectful.
I was waiting in the reception and what is really nice is to be able to listen to the radio as it creates a sense of calmness but it acts as a very discreet barrier to hearing what patients are discussing with reception. I felt it was a good way of breaking the silence as that can cause people to perceive they are wafting longer.
Again my interactions with one particular doctor were excellent. I always feel that this doctor's clinical skills are up to date and he is able to diagnosis appropriate treatment effectively.
I do have to state that people looking for an excellent practice with unto date knowledge and clinical excellence cant go wrong.
My partner becomes extremely unwell over 5 years ago with severe fatigue and a number of additional illnesses. This particular doctor diagnosed Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. He was referred to a specialist. After several months the diagnosis was that he was suffering from M.E all the consultant’s involved in his care stated that the majority of GP’S either misdiagnosis or brush it off with other minor illness.
The treatment plan that this doctor prescribed originally was the same treatment plan that both hospitals recommend. This doctor has been extremely supportive and always showed a great deal of care and compassion.
I have always been treated with respect and care so therefore I can say that after a lot of interactions being a patent and working with the additional challenging of caring the rest of the time. The clinical and treatment plan is based on is the principles of the N.IC.E guidelines and best practice from the M.E association.
"Excellent service"
