The Macular Unit was difficult to find due to poor signage from the car park and lack of information in the appointment letter.
The staff in the Macular unit were very friendly and helpful.
The doctor went the extra mile and took us to another part of the hospital for the pre op assessment as no porters were available. Great customer service!!
