About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I would like to thank the service and specially my therapist Anna who helped me a lot to deal with the tough situation I was struggling with. The team is very professional and provides warm friendly space. I hope the budget for such an incredible service increases so that more people benefit from it. I do appreciate all your valuable effects.

We are delighted to know you found Ealing IAPT to be an incredible service, and how much Anna one of our Cognitive Behavioural Therapist helped you to manage the tough situations you were struggling with. We do hope many reading your story whom may be experiencing psychological difficulties would take the first step to seek support. This often starts with either a conversation with the GP; alternatively IAPT services also offer self-referrals.
