I have been treated for an issue different times and I have always managed to get an appointment straight away.
Whenever I needed to consult my GP but it wasn't urgent I have used the app and managed to get a Saturday appointment which is ideal doing a Mon-Fri job.
The staff is always kind and ready to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend it.
