From the moment we arrived in A&E in the morning until we left at about 7pm, every single porter, receptionist, nurse and doctor was kind, approachable and most helpful and understanding, and one member of the admin staff in particular really went out of his way to help. The medical and surgical treatment received that day was the very best. Thank you so much to everyone at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, including Management.
