"Waiting times a disgrace badly organised"

Arrived just after 8.30 with child, after being told the Gp would not see us as it was an Urgent care service issue. Got there the staff clearly not bothered talking amongst themselves nothing written up to advise if waiting times, everyone that came in after us was seen before whilst I appreciate people are seen on clinical need this was clearly not done. We were not triaged, and saw no one except the female at the desk. No one updated us , we were left in waiting room even the disaffected left reception desk. Don’t bother going here - go to your GP if GP any deal go to Lister or St Albans if it’s open.
