I visited minor injuries in July and found the staff very friendly and efficient.
The only negative comments I have is regarding the lack of water for patients to drink while waiting.
I was in the hospital for 4 hours - in the minor injuries waiting room, then an hour in the xray waiting room and back to minor injuries.
I realise there is a cafe but if you leave the waiting area and you are called, you lose your place.
Other people were also trying to find water as it was a very hot day.
I asked a member of staff if there was a water machine and she looked at me as though I was mad.
I visited Winchester hospital yesterday (outpatients dept) and they had water machines for patients.
Remembering to bring a bottle of water when you're heading to minor injuries isn't the first thing you think of so would be good if water was available.
