I recently was cared for by the Queen Charlotte’s gynaecology team whilst having a procedure at Hammersmith. They couldn’t have been more supportive. Everybody was clear, respectful, efficient and interested in me as a human being. Everyone was the same, from reception, to nurses to the gynaecologists to anaesthetics.. I’m so grateful. Thank you for all the little things. I noticed and appreciate you all.
