(as the patient),

After an extremely  bad experience  earlier  in the year at another health board I approached  this with apprehension  but I was so wrong 

From the time I sat in the waiting room till I was discharged  the following day everyone  was so professional  I couldn't believe it was happening  so myself and family  can only thank everyone  for giving me my expectations  of life back
