"Brilliant care"

About: Royal Bournemouth General Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited the emergency department today having fallen and cut my chin.

Whilst I had to wait a while to be seen, once I was called into the unit by the nurse practitioner the quality of treatment and care I received was exceptional.

All of the staff I met in minors and majors treated me with the utmost respect.

They were friendly but also immensely professional and competent.

I cannot fault the care I received.

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Emergency Department and it is always nice to hear such positive feedback as it is always an area of the hospital under such pressure.

We are pleased to hear you found the nurse practitioner and other members of the team friendly, professional and competent, offering high quality treatment and care and we will be sure to share your feedback with the ED matron and the rest of her team.

We hope you chin wasn’t too badly damaged during your fall and is now healing well.

Regards

Patient Experience Team
