On Friday 20 September 2019 we were visiting our sister-in-law when at approximately 16:00 hours she fell over and sustained a very nasty cut to her leg. The ambulance crew arrived very quickly and proceeded to carry out emergency treatment. The crew behaved in a very professional manner throughout and showed understanding, courtesy, helpfulness to us and of course to the patient. We believe that the treatment we all received was way beyond our expectations and should be noted. The staff in the A&E department was also very good.
