A long time spent on the phone trying to get through to A and E to enquire about my partners situation.  But nobody seems to want to answer.

I can only imagine how frustrated it must have been for you trying to speak with someone regarding your partner.

Our Emergency Department is extremely busy and at times, staff are unable to answer the telephone in a timely manner.

Please accept my apologies if this caused you any additional stress or anxieties.
