"Appt system Failure"

On Thursd 19th I arrived at 07.35 despite having Artial F and recent discharge from Mayday due to a Lung Infection. I was sent by a Haematologist on advice the previous day. Being 1st in the queue I was happy to think I was guaranteed an appt with a particular doctor (who is professionally awesome) . I was horrified to be told there were zero appts available as they had been given away in advance despite 7.45-8am set aside for appts needed on the day. In the past I have always been refused appts in advance.

I said 'your telling me at 07.45 there are no appts with any Dr's today ' the reply was yes.I asked for the next appt with my doctor and was given Friday 27th !! An appt a week in ADVANCE.

I have hefty Palpitations, breathlessness , believe the Lung infection is still present in a lesser form and wanted to discuss Antibiotics. I am 3 weeks discharged and needed guidance as my Out-Patients Cardiac appt has yet to be processed and there is a 3 month waiting list. I needed my GP.
