I had a spine operation in July 2019 ..and today my physio came from nhs edgware hospital to do my exercise. It was tough as I get pain a lot in my hips and legs ..she was gentle and helped me through the tough bits .. and ideas for other exercises ie swimming at aspire ... I happy with this service ...
