Just want to say that without Louise's help and support we would never have been able to cope, she is a truly remarkable person, she came as a worker and ended up a friend. She loves seeing Louise and she had put loads of things into practice at school. We know that if we have any problems whatsoever we can rely on her to help whenever possible, Lou is a real god sent. You certainly need more people like Louise. We cannot thank her enough for her help and support.
