"Thank you"

I attended an appointment with the doctor yesterday in the Gynaecology outpatients department.This was my first visit in this department.

I was very anxious due to being very shy about women's health, however,throughout I was treated with total respect and dignity and real genuine kindness. The nurses and consultant were so, so kind and understanding, patient, and reassuring throughout.I also felt I was given plenty of time, completely listened to and understanding reaffirmed.

I can not praise theses genuinely lovely professionals as I feel reassured, confident and happy to proceed with treatment for an area I am very private and uncomfortable with. I was put at ease throughout and everything was explained in a way that was so easy to understand. I felt that "We" had decided together the next course of action.

Thank you to the doctor and thank you to the lovely nurses and staff at Frimley Park Hospital.
