The Trust works hard to provide all patients with a high standard of care and treatment, and so we are delighted to read this was the experience you had – and even more so given the very disappointing standard of care you report having when attending the Emergency Department at another hospital. We want all of our patients to be treated with the values of kindness, compassion, dignity and respect, and it is therefore very reassuring for us to read that all the staff you came into contact with upheld these values and made you feel safe and supported. This would have undoubtedly been a source of great comfort to you, and a relief with the imminent arrival of your baby in the next few weeks.
