Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS website regarding the care and treatment you received at the Paediatric Emergency Department (PED) at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the department as it is always good to receive positive feedback that reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought the staff were caring and showed a willingness to help throughout your time in PED. I can assure you that we have passed on your thoughts to the department who will share your comments the staff involved.
