About: Crosshouse Hospital / Intensive Care Unit

(as a relative),

My mum was recently admitted to Crosshouse Hospital ICU after falling ill with sepsis and multi organ failure. Myself, dad and brother were beside ourselves with worry as mum was very sick. The care my mum recieved from Dr Allen, Michael, Nurses Pauline and Jade was amazing. Everyone of them kept us up to speed with updates and explained everything really well. Mum slowly recovered over the next 3 days to be well enough to be stepped down to a ward. I will be forever grateful for everyones fabulous care you all do amazing work and I want to thankyou so much. My mum is recovering well and back to her bright chatty self. Thankyou.
