"Blood Test"

I arrived for my blood test and there is a ticketing system in place which is efficient and you can estimate how long it will take.

I am very nervous of blood tests and the staff were very calm and took me to a private room where I could lay down so I didn’t faint. They also gave me water and let me rest until I was no longer dizzy after my blood test.

All the staff were helpful, especially one member of staff who helped keep me calm and carried out the blood test.
