"Embarassed"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

I’m not faulting the hospital, there are some really lovely staff and usually good care, however, my sisters last inpatient admission she was really unwell, she waited 7 hours for painkillers, I had to clean and change her bed from her being sick, the nurse handed her clean sheets and pulled the curtain over, then proceeded to take a seat at her desk. She was humiliated and exhausted and if I hadn’t of visited she’d of been laying in her own vomit. She was crying in pain until night staff had turned up. Really disappointed, it got to the point of her discharging herself against medical advice.
