"EXCELLENT from start to finish, highly recommended"

I was experiencing shoulder and arm pain and was referred to Heath Lodge Clinic for a scan. After a few questions i was quickly and easily booked in for a scan the same day. The whole process ran very smoothly and the staff are very professional, letting you know what is going to happen at every step of the way. The staff in the scanner are all very friendly and quickly answer any queries or worries and make you feel at ease whilst the scan is in progress, also letting you know how you are doing and how long is left.

I am a little claustrophobic and have had scans before but the scanner at Heath Lodge is light, bright and larger and I was able to see out of the end of the scanner making it an easy experience.

After the scan I saw the onsite consultant who was excellent and explained my scan in terms that I understood and was very reassuring. My report was then sent to my GP and I left with a cd of the scan at the end of my appointment. The doctor referred me on to see an onsite pain consultant who was very thorough and prescribed me appropriate medication to help with my pain.

I would highly recommend Heath Lodge Clinic, a professional and easy experience with caring staff from start to finish.
