"Paperless hospital"

About: Barnet Hospital / Cardiology

I understand you want to be a paperless hospital but after a pacing check on August 13th 2019. I was told I would be sent an appointment for 9 months,

I received my appointment letter dated 15th August 2019 with an appointment for Wednesday 12 Feb 2020 this is not really an option for me as I do activities on a Mon, Wed, and Friday so I have tried online to change my appointment twice now and nothing has come through, so I have rung today and after spending half an hour trying to get through to be told they can't change it on that line.

So I am still no nearer getting a different appointment, if there were a receptionist at the clinic it would save a lot of time and effort for both staff and patients in that they would make an appointment at a suitable time for them.

I would like a new appointment at a similar time to the original on a Tuesday or Thursday

Dear Elizabeth (if I may)

Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry with the difficulties you describe, which should not be the case but clearly is.

If you contact one of the friendly staff in the PALS team at rf.cfhpeg@nhs.net stating you have been on NHS Choices they should be able to help.

If you don't receive help please email me at richardchester@nhs.net

Kind Regards

Richard
