"Best nurse Ever, please give her recognition"

I have been coming to Chelsea and Westminster my whole life as I was born here and live just at the end of Fulham road so I couldn’t count how many times I have been there. In all my years of visiting I have never been as looked after and as comfortable as I was with the nurse. She was very down to earth right from the beginning and very easy to talk to. I was at the hospital for a total of about 13 hours and she came in to check on me constantly, even if it was just to have a normal chat to make me feel more comfortable and take my mind off of where I was. She was so professional and gave me all the information I needed and made an effort to keep me updated with what was going on when I was waiting for hours at a time to be seen by different medical staff. she clearly loves her job and I can tell she is a very caring person outside of work also. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves as my interaction with her went above and beyond any expectations one would have about treatment at a hospital,
