About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I was warmly welcomed into the Urology unit in Victoria Hospital. The nurses and staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The staff that I dealt with explained everything that needed to be done and what was going to happen during my visit, it was all very thorough and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. 

Overall, I was very happy with how I was welcomed and dealt with.
