"MRI scan"

About: The James Cook University Hospital / Neurology

I was referred to James Cook Hospital 2 November 2018 for MRI scan on spine .....in all treatments I have received this hospital is by far the worst I have ever been treated paperwork has been lost ....follow up appointments weren't made in all from my referral 42 wks for MRI and results my MRI was may it's now September and I still haven't had the results... Contacted pals who spoke to specialists secretary who then forgot to follow up my appointment for results absolutely disgusting I have never ever before been made to feel so negative about a hospital nor have I ever felt so irrelevant I now have absolutely no faith in this hospital or its treatment or patient care whatsoever
