"Fracture liaison service"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Fracture Liaison service

(as the patient),

I attended the group session and it was recommended that exercise would help and there was cost in place.

I am a 70 year old ex fireman injured and retired after 20 years, yes some sort of planned exercise would help but on my pension would not be possible, tiachi still costs have tried this and this helped, I have limited movement in arms and legs, the injury whilst serving in the fire dept was to my spine, acupuncture helped. This is an ongoing problem and does not go away, and courses of acupuncture are limited, so where do I turn to help get through a day.
