This was my second visit to the Nightingale Centre. The whole staff team from the moment you arrive in reception make you very welcome. Staff were polite, professional and caring. Absolutely excellent level of care.

It was very kind of you to take the time to write and compliment the staff as it is always good to receive positive feedback, which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was also reassuring to read that you were made to feel welcome throughout your visit and that you received an excellent level of care. I can assure you that we have passed on your comments to the Head of Nursing who will share your comments the staff involved in your care.
