About: Grangewood Surgery

I have always had a good experience here. The GPs and the nursing staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have given practical and robust advice but I would rather hear that than empty platitudes.

My only complaint is that sometimes it is difficult to get through on the 'phone but that is because of the demand for services rather than a failure of the practice itself!

I am eternally grateful to my GP and the nurses I see here. They are helpful and provide an efficient and caring service. Much appreciated!

I am pleased you find our team helpful, caring and efficient.

I also appreciate your understanding attitude towards the difficulty in sometimes being able to speak to someone on the telephone.

The increasing demand for services certainly plays an important part in this and we try to mitigate this as far as possible by offering online appointments and prescriptions for patients.
