(as a service user),

I was allocated a worker called Laura. I felt a bit apprehensive as she was only young and I didn't believe she could do anything to help. However how wrong was I? Laura was fantastic with me throughout  our time together. She gave me confidence to look for and apply for jobs. She had a whole wealth of knowledge and was very helpful. She was very reassuring and had the ability to boost my confidence which was great for me. I managed to secure 4 interviews which I wouldn't have been able to do before.
