"Surgery could be improved"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I'm disappointed that I feel this way but the Truma and Orthopedic department is dreadful. I understand they are pushed but both of my operations.10th July 2019 and 4th September today both cancelled due to high levels of Trauma in both classes. I, m relieved to know the 18th September 18 is urgent how can I trust that it will go ahead.
