"Bad practice"

This practice isn't up to standard since it merged and moved out of Sackville Road and this is unfortunately exasperated by some quite unhelpful rude staff. My son missed his 3 years and 4 month vaccinations. This was caught by a GP who diagnosed him with Scarlet Fever when he was over four years old. I booked him in and during his vaccination appointment I was told the delay was a clerical error and the girl who sends out the recall letters was on holiday at the time she should have sent them out. Honestly, I can't put my trust in this practice anymore.
