Delighted is how I feel! 

I am so proud of our nhs. The care, warmth, explanation, communication, cleanliness and compassion shown to us at dr Gray’s children’s ward has been inspiring. They clearly care about their jobs and patients. My daughter was having a little cyst removed from beside her eye, at each stage, nurses, junior doctors, anaesthesiologist, surgeon all took time to explain to my daughter what was going to happen in a child friendly manner. The warmth shown is honestly something I will remember and think she will too.
