Came in to book an appointment for my wife. Receptionist is busy nattering away at the back when she was supposed to be checking for my appointment (took her 8mins to get back to tell me when it is ) with her colleague and then says "let me get rid of this patient then you tell me what happened to so and so." A total embarrassment to the friendly face you are supposed to receive at a time of need.

The doctors themselves do not listen to your concerns but rather are more interested in churning you out as fast as possible so that they can keep their numbers up and get paid. One particular doctor was totally apathetic to my issue (a viral infection) and just prescribed antiobitics.

They try to do the bare minimum if that even. Absolutely pathetic and even worse for having to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

Your comments have been taken into consideration and relayed to our Reception staff.

We have made changes to our appointment system in May 2019 and the system allows patients to book appointments online/complete an e-consultation with the GP. We have updated our website with this information.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
