"Suspected fracture, X-ray & A&E"

About: West Suffolk Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attended the hospital on 5/9/19 having been sent by a GP for X-ray for suspected fracture.

I was seen extremely quickly in radiology by the doctor who took several x-ray. He was extremely courteous & efficient, he then sent me to A&E.

I did not have to wait long to see triage nurse who explained the next steps and again for very helpful & kind.

After waiting a short while I was then seen by Nurse Practitioner who gave me diagnosis of fractured humus & provided information plus head sling.

I cannot praise West Suffolk Hospital enough for having such caring staff and treatment I received.

Thank you for leaving us such lovely feedback.

We're really sorry that you had to come in as you had suffered a fracture but we're glad that our staff were able to get you fixed up and on the mend.

Hope you're starting to feel much better.

Thanks
